Firefighters rescue woman who fell off cliff

A woman was rescued late Friday the 13th by Eastlake Fire Department members after falling off the edge of a cliff on Lakeshore Boulevard.
According to Firefighter Ron Gardner:
The woman tumbled halfway down the cliff amid a lot of briar and brush shortly before 11 p.m. Oct. 13 across from the Eastlake Public Library.
After receiving a phone call for help, members of the Eastlake Technical Rescue team, including firefighters Paul Morehead and Josh Saperstein, set up ropes and hauled her back up in a rescue basket.
It was not immediately known how the woman got into the predicament.
She declined medical treatment.
